Artichoke Spinach Dip
1 eight oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
A good handful of fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup mozza cheese, shredded (we use half mozza and half Asiago)
1/2 tsp Cranky Jimmy's Medium
Preheat oven to 400 F
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, artichoke and spinach until well blended. Mix in cheese and Cranky Jimmy's Medium. Place in greased pie pan and put in oven for 30 - 40 mins. Serve with baguette slices or tortilla chips.
