Simple instructions: put 1/4 cup of Cranky Jimmy's Coating Mix in a bowl and place item to be coated in the bowl. Toss to cover all sides. This will cover the item in the flour and spices in the Coating Mix. If you want REALLY good results, in another bowl, crack an egg and whip with a fork. Place coated item in the egg, getting all sides, and then place back in the Coating Mix bowl, toss to cover all sides. The egg will allow more breadcrumbs to stick to the item to be cooked.

Alternatively, you can brush lightly with olive oil or garlic butter before you do the first coating. Then you will not need the egg, just the one coating. The breadcrumbs should stick to the olive oil or butter.

Then cook as desired.
