Things that Original, Medium and Spicy are good on:
Meats of all kinds - especially good on steak, all cuts of beef, pork chops, all cuts of pork, rotisserie chicken, chicken wings, chicken breast - grilled or baked, in hamburger and on hamburgers, ribs, salmon - grilled or baked, shrimp.
Veggies of all kinds - especially good on corn on the cob, baked potato, mashed potato, potato salad, french fries, hash browns, tomatoes, zucchini, avocado, even a plain green salad - with and without dressing.
Meals - sheppard's pie, lasagna, spaghetti sauce, chili, soups of all kinds, stews, beef stroganoff, stir fry.
Other foods - egg salad, hard boiled eggs, pasta salad, plain buttered pasta, rice, homemade gravy, homemade stuffing, in bread used to make grilled cheese. Cajun is apparently very good on donuts. Cajun would probably also go very well with chocolate, although we haven't tried it. Cajun on mango slices is delicious. Also very, very good in cottage cheese - trust me.
In unusual ways - rimming a ceasar glass (contains celery seed which enhances the flavour of the ceasar), in an oil and vinegar dressing, in bread dough (instead of salt), in pizza dough (half salt), tortilla dough (instead of salt), put a pinch in water when cooking rice or corn on the cob, in batter for beer batter fish (instead of salt), in both flour mixture and egg mixture for KFC style chicken. Our Magma hot sauce is excellent when you put it in the water when you boil pasta or rice.
Original, Medium and Spicy can be used as an excellent dry rub, but as you can see, they are so much more than that. They enhance all kinds of flavours right across the board. All the above have been tried by ourselves or customers. We use it anywhere you would use salt and/or pepper.
Taco Mix - very, very good in nachos instead of plain hamburger. Also apparently very good on perogies, although we have not personally tried.
If you have tried a Cranky Jimmy's Product in a way that is NOT listed above, message us and it may be added to the list. And that is with good OR bad results.
